In the late 1960’s to early 1970’s, in England, two petrol stations, (namely Esso and Shell), issued a number of commemorative collections with petrol purchases. Generally, one token was issued with each visit to buy petrol so it was quite difficult to collect a complete set. I have several sets of each series listed below.
Esso 1972 – 100 years of Soccer FA Cup Winners
